- 750 m swim in the sea, Dunat beach, 1 lap
- 21,3 km bike, Dunat - Punat - Stara Baška and back
(first 2km flat, then very hilly, techicaly demanding course), 1 lap - 5 km run, along the seasinde, flat, 1 lap

During bike part of the race, 2 rules will be strictly applied:
1. There is no drafting allowed.
2. Right hand side rule - crossing the middle line of the road will
result with immediate disqualification (DSQ).
